Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

La Carmin Studio is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost in transit
  • Significantly delayed

Please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us at [your email address]. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order will have separate production and shipping timelines listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to carrier limitations, legal requirements, or operational considerations.
