Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items purchased during promotional sales may only be exchanged, not refunded, unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lacarminstudio@gmail.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice
- Return shipping will be covered by La CarmíN Studio in these cases
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at lacarminstudio@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
- Include your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after the return is approved
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service — La CarmíN Studio is not responsible for lost return packages
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
